Last updated: November 3, 2026. This Privacy Policy describes how Manakiki LLC ("Manakiki", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit manakiki.net, book a demo, contact us, apply for a role, or inquire about Protocol AI and our clinical operations services.

Notice at collection: what we collect and why
In the last 12 months we have collected the categories below. We collect them directly from you, from your browser when you accept analytics, and from the scheduling and chat tools you choose to use.

Records of your consent to texts or emails are kept for 5 years after you opt out, so we can prove consent and honor your choice. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email or phone number on a do-not-contact list so we do not message you again. We may keep records longer if the law requires it or for an active legal claim.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as health, financial account or government ID data through this website, and we do not use any personal information to infer characteristics about you.
Tools that process information for us
- Booking: when you load the scheduling calendar, it is provided by HighLevel (LeadConnector), which receives the details you enter and stores them in our customer records.
- Chat: if the chat is offered, it is provided by HighLevel and may be answered by an automated AI assistant. You can ask to reach a person at any time.
- Analytics: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics load only after you choose "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner.
- Email and hosting: Microsoft 365 handles our email, and GoDaddy hosts this website.
- Contact form: the form on our demo page opens an email in your own email app. Nothing is sent to us until you send that email.
These providers act as our service providers and may use the information only to provide their services to us. If we add a provider that receives personal information, we will update this list.
How we use information
- Respond to demo, pilot, consulting, and career inquiries
- Send appointment confirmations and reminders
- Send Protocol AI updates when you ask to be kept informed. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe option.
- Send text messages only if you gave consent. Reply STOP to opt out.
- Operate, secure, and improve the website
- Meet legal and regulatory obligations
Clinical and health information
Do not send protected health information (PHI), participant data or confidential study documents through this website, the booking calendar, chat or email. During early access, Protocol AI should not hold identifiable participant information. Any future handling of health information requires the right agreements, including a business associate agreement (BAA) where required, and verified security controls first.
Sharing, selling and advertising
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use advertising cookies. We may disclose information to the service providers listed above, to professional advisors, in connection with a merger or sale of the business, or when required by law. We do not use website inquiry data to train public AI models.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, this website treats it as a request to opt out of sale and sharing. Analytics stay off and the cookie banner does not offer to turn them on. You can also change your cookie choice at any time with the "Your privacy choices" link at the bottom of every page.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose
- Access and get a copy of your personal information
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete personal information
- Opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither)
- Not be treated differently for using these rights
To make a request, email jmodi@manakiki.net with the subject "Privacy request" or call +1 (424) 327-8461. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. We will verify your identity by matching details you give us with our records. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your signed permission; we may ask you to confirm your identity directly. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with the subject "Privacy appeal," and we will respond within 45 days.
Children
This website is for business users. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including HTTPS, multi-factor sign-in for our business accounts and limited staff access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. To report a security issue, see our security page or email jmodi@manakiki.net.
Where information is processed
We are based in the United States and our service providers mainly process information in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, post a notice on this website before the change takes effect.
