This website describes Manakiki LLC, Protocol AI, and related clinical operations services. Content is for information and business inquiry. It is not medical advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of inspection outcomes.

Protocol AI and services

Use of Protocol AI software, design-partner pilots, and consulting is governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the written agreement controls. Protocol AI is in early access and features may change.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or send protected health information through public forms. We may refuse or discontinue access that we reasonably believe violates these terms.

Intellectual property

The Manakiki name, Protocol AI, and site content are owned by Manakiki LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or written permission.

Disclaimer and limitation

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manakiki LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from website use, and our total liability for any claim about the website is limited to US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Third-party tools

The booking calendar, chat and analytics are provided by third parties such as HighLevel and Google under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from this site.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Manakiki LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the website or your violation of these terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your home state requires otherwise.

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at jmodi@manakiki.net and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in Delaware or in Los Angeles County, California, and you and Manakiki LLC consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. To the extent permitted by law, claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action, and any claim about the website must be filed within one year after it arises.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after the change means you accept the updated terms.
